Notification Forms
The Secretariat has produced forms to assist schools in notifying CACMS of the following:
- Changes in enrollment, student distribution and/or the resources to support the educational program (Complete section A and Appendix 1)
- Creation of a new or expansion of a campus (Complete section A, B, and Appendix 2)
- Changes in curriculum (Complete section A and Appendix 3)
- Changes in programs delivery at an existing campus (Complete section A)
- Changes in governance or ownership (Complete sections A, C and Appendix 4)
